Twitter App Problems

I attached a screenshot of the problem I am having with the twitter app. Does anybody know how to fix that?

ive seen this before but cant remember what resolved it, it was either uninstall and re install or simply log out log back in

I have uninstalled/reinstalled and still, same thing.
