If you're on W10m then there are a lot- (All are paid)
1. Aeries
2. Tweetium
3. Fenice
4. Tweet it!
If you're on WP8.1 then there are supported versions of Tweetium and Aeries. Both paid again.
Peregrine is light weight free twitter app.
