Twitter notifications on my windows 8.1 phone stopped working

My twitter notifications have stopped working on my windows 8.1 it is a Nokia Lumia 435 I have uninstalled it and reinstalled, done a hard reset on my phone and still nothing it won't work in live tiles, and it isn't showing in the notification settings either. I have tried all suggestions here and come up with nothing that works. some really help

This problem seems to have been persisting for some time now, and some users are also reporting the issue. The problem is most likely not with your phone, but is from the side of Twitter. You may want to refer to this thread for some information.
