TwitterNotifications not working

[Windows Central Question]

A few days ago I stopped getting Twitter notifications. 2 different accounts. All settings set right. I get them if someone follows me. I don't know if people are not getting my twt notices, or if I just don't gets theirs. I keep asking people if they get notices of my twts, but I get no replies. The ones I get even if twitter is off are not working either. I tried Chrome, Explorer, Desktop / Laptop PC, and Kindle. I mostly use the web page version. Is this a Twitter issue goig on? Thanks much.
