Two 1520s and One Microsoft account

I have two Lumia 1520s and I am using one Microsoft accounts. There are two unique phone numbers but text from one number is showing up on the second phone. Both Phones have different names, in fact both phones are different and unique in every way save for the Microsoft accounts. Is there a way to make sure that text only show up for the correct number only and not on both phones, other than turning off backup text option?

Do you have it set up to backup your text messages? If so, that might be the cause.
