My daily driver is a Lumia 950. I've picked up my wife's old Lumia 640, which I'd like to treat as a backup (and Wi-Fi only). Any issues to keeping my Microsoft login on two phones? I'm wondering if there are synchronization problems. Like cats and dogs living together.

I've got 3 phones, and other devices on one account, has not caused any problems for me. I like it that way keeps everything together.

For a while, I wondered why people do this.

Then I started doing it and I get it. Having messages (and notifications) sync across devices is great, but also can be annoying.
It's great, you will have no issues.

It will be even better when notifications sync, so you don't have to process old notifications on every device.

Multiple devices on one Microsoft Account for the same user = Golden.

Multiple devices on one Microsoft Account for different users = PITA

Nope no such issues for me, both my L920 and L930 are synced to same account.

It's awesome lol, when I get home I leave my L930 on charge and use my L920. The only contention issue is whatsapp as that use a phone number. So I have had to get people to add both my numbers to convos :P - which is the simplest solution.
