As WP8.1 has arrived and many of you have answered various questions related to WP8.1.
I am concerned with two questions which I had asked earlier too and expecting vivid answers this time
[1] Will I be able to send ringtones via bluetooth or save ringtones in Music hub(I think they call it Xbox Music)?
[2] Will the OS allow whatsapp or other messanger apps to attach and send music files or video files from the phone?

I think you're just going to have to wait until the 14th to find out. I haven't read any announcements addressing either of those questions. Unless a dev takes the time to search through the new devkit for that info specifically, I don't think you'll get an accurate answer here.

I can tell you positively that unless the WhatsApp is updated, it won't be able to send them, even if the new SDK allows it. The app won't be able to use new APIs with old code. :wink:
I know - not very helpful, but for now it's what I've got.
