umia 930 keeps going in and out of headphone mode is there a fix

My Lumia 930 keeps going in and out of headphone mode, mostly happens when I am on the phone to someone, they cut out for a sec they come back and it keeps happening, of I put the phone on speaker it stops, but it happens on games as well the game music will suddenly stop and then come back on is there a fix for it

Is your headphones jack clean?

If so, then it's either an internal hardware defect (probably not), or something that can be solved with a hard reset.
