Unable to access Passport Profile

I just tried to can a moderated spammer, but was unable to open the Passport Profile page for the user (or any user for that matter).

It could be my local connection (I'm at my workplace on a corporate network right now).

I could do the rest of the banning process, but need these guys passport banning please.

You didn't state what is preventing you from opening the passport page.

Using IE, every so often I loose the second row of tools on member's profile page. If that's your issue, then logging out, clearing your cache, and logging back in will bring the tools back again right away.

It's not just here. CB mods are having intermittent issues too.

I just had a blank screen when I attempt to open the passport profile page. Seems to be ok now though - if it's a known issue that's being worked on, that's great.

I had the same problem earlier on CB using Firefox. Seems to be working now.

I'll see how Firefox behaves, since I'm running Linux Mint (Firefox is its default browser--and no IE for Linux).
