Unable to connect to Nokia suite.

I was trying to connect my aluminum piece of equipment to the Nokia suite to get the new update but every time I get a message that my phone is not being recognized.

Anyone ran into this before?If so how did you get it to work.

TRY NSU I updated my 810 using NSU downloading it using this link, it doesn't come with add-ons hidden otherwise it's the real deal.

What is not working, did you try NSU,
what "update" for your 925 are you looking for ?

The software update, which will be available by Over The Air (OTA), adds user experience improvements

it was only available from T Mobile/MS it's not a Nokia update,

If you have GDR3 it's in that update I think.
