Unable to connect

I just updated my Lumia 635 to Update 1 yesterday. Since then, when I do a hard reset (I,ve tried several times), I can't connect to my Microsoft Account easily. I tap "Sign In" and get an error "Can't connect now" with a "Retry" or "Later". The Wifi is on and everything.

After many times I tap "Retry" it show the loading dots and stays stuck there. So I have to turn off the phone and turn it back on. Then it works.

Anyone else has this problem?

Are you signing in to your account at the beginning of the process or taking the 'sign in later' route?

It happens when I try to sign into my account actually. I tap "Sign In" and then I get the message.
