Unable to dial any number

I have been using Photo Contacts Pro as my contact manager for a year now. Suddenly I am unable to make any outgoing calls using the PCPro.
If I use the default windows contacts list and dial, I can make the call.

I even tried Inesoft Address Book.......same problem......the call gets ended after 2-3 seconds........
but with the default contact list I have no problems..........

Could it be that the 3rd party software is somehow getting configured to block outgoing calls.................

anyone has any idea....................
