Unable to download Candy Crush on Lumia 640

So I am trying to download Candy Crush (don't judge) on my Lumia 640, and it doesn't work. I get 20% of the way done and then it just says Pending and the progress bar stops moving.

I have tried both over Wifi and Cellular.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: Nope. It doesn't even download anything, just goes straight to pending.

Might be a network glitch in your area. I've had it happen before. Try and get back to it later.

I believe there are some store issues. My 635 with Windows 10 has a few apps that act that way. I am guessing there is a compatabilty issue that the newer Windows store is picking up on and not properly notifiying the customer. Microsoft is changing so much, so fast., there appear to be loose ends with the store.
