Unable to download Insider builds

My french Lumia 950 XL DS on build .29 won't find insider builds, no matter if I choose fast ring or slow ring.... Are the insider build distributed in waves? Or is my device faulty? (I hardresetted several times)

Well I normally change to fast ring - it reboots the phone and then I can find the latest one (.71)

Have you restored the phone using the device recovery tool?

I'd do that, download insider and try again.

Yes I used the recovery tool as well and rebooted after choosing the slow/fast ring... So it's probably my device
