Unable to download new build :(

i'm running on 8.1 in lumia 535 and i'm not able to download the new build,,,when i clicked on "GET PREVIEW BUILD" its showing error:unhappy:

I have a Lumia 535 (on EE UK).
Got it up and running on Windows Mobile 10, no issues at all. (i think it was because i had Windows Insider installed)

Then last night an update appeared from 10 to 10.??..
Handset crashed and stuck itself into a boot cycle loop.
Re-installed windows 8.1 using Windows Device Recovery Tool.

Now there are no updates for me. Stuck on 8.1....
