Unable to download update

Hi.. Am still unable to download the update 1 to win 8.1 .. any suggestions.. all i got was some windows defender update and another small update ..

Its not a business version is it, Microsoft have paused the role out to business users for the time being

Hi there

I have exactly the same problem and as far as I'm aware I don't have a business version. How can I check if I do? (Just in case....)
it just doesn't want to download the update

So I was unable to download the Windows 8.1 update 1 for too long. Today I decided to reinstall the system so I did format the hard drive and installed Windows 8 then loads of updates so next step was to update it to Windows 8.1 so done that too and again some other updates.... I was getting really annoyed with it. I've been restarting my pc quite few times... And then I restarted it for the last time aaand finally I can see Windows 8.1 update 1 ( it took few hours but worth it) So for some reason it wouldn't install the update without reinstall and so that means I didn't have business version.
