Unable to find boot able option. Press any key to shut down. What do I do?

Unable to find bootable option. Press any key to shut down

i installed the windows device recovery tool.. downloaded the package and after that.. my phone flashes NOKIA and then it says software was not compatible

Phone bios is corrupt or physically damaged.
No fix for the "unable to find bootable option" I'm afraid.
