The laptop in question is running Windows 10 Home and my Xbox One controller will not work using wireless. It does work with a microUSB, but I don't want this. I want to use it wirelessly. I updated the controller using Xbox Accessories as recommended by Microsoft, and have tried to detect it using the "Devices" part of settings.

Overall Microsoft hasn't been any help and I can't find the solution. Is it even possible to use an Xbox One controller wirelessly?

Thank you.

On the back of the Xbox controller box, which is sitting next to me, it states, 'Also includes Bluetooth for gaming on Windows 10'. The wireless controller thing might be that it's 'wire less'.

It's a red controller (Just in case you needed to know that).
