unable to launch lot of apps like edge, settings, store etc. after anniversary update

hi,
having lot of problem in my lumia 640xl after anniversary update, i am unable to launch apps, i.e. whatsapp, edge, whatsapp, stores and many more.
any solution please

Do soft reset (press Vol down+ lock button at same time for until phone vibrates)

if after the soft reset, nothing changes, try removing the sd card and then check
If all fails, try a factory/hard reset

Try hard reset if it does not solve check your sd card or contact microsoft service center

I had the same problem. Take a backup (although I doubt you will be able as you have no access to the settings) and do a hard reset. the only way to solve this ;( If you have a backup it takes approx. 1 hour (depending on the amount of apps you had installed) and you are back where you left off.

• After the vibration is felt, release the power button and keep holding the volume down button. You should now see an exclamation mark on your screen.
