I had been having some issues connecting to my Outlook.com email address, so I decided to do a reset (Settings --> System --> About --> Reset) and restore it from a backup. However, I do NOT see any of my backups during the Restore process. I tried this multiple times. I see the statement at the top of the screen saying "Finding Backups..." but nothing is shown on-screen. I can see my backups in One Drive (Settings --> Options --> Device Backups) and I am using the same OneDrive/Microsoft account (I only have one). I also tried using the device recovery tool with a USB connection. Same thing: no option to restore from a backup. Has anyone encountered this? Any other things to try?
