Unable to see some google calendar events

Hi,
I am having difficulty seeing some events in my google calendar on my Lumia 950

Events I add for, say, today show fine. Events I set in the future, say August 2017, are saved to google but disappear after about 1 second from the phone's view.

I have synching enabled and set for every hour

Production ring, latest updates applied.

Thanks for any help. This has already caused me to miss a doctor's appointment.

Not sure if i understand your problem.
But i would rather suggest you to use outlook calendar on your phone, and sign in via your google account. (add the account.) This way the accounts will be in sync and it will work flawlessly. Let me know if this helped you in any way.

Thanks for the reply. I should have pointed out that I am using Outlook calendar already.

When I add an event in Outlook on my phone , set for some time in the future, it immediately disappears on the phone, but if I open my calendar on my Mac or PC, it's there. So it is synching up to a point.

I'm completely stumped as to why this should be.

Maybe, just maybe, it has something to do with the account.
check it once, go to the calendar app, try to add an event, and swipe right. it shall show you people. maybe it has to do something with it. lemme know the progress.

also, there is an option called as help in the settings, maybe you can try that.
