Unable to setup Office 365 on my Lumia 640 Xl

I have successfully activated offer via pc with the office 365 gift app. Bit when I try to set up office 365 on device it gives error "Sometimg wrong we encountered a problem and couldn't complete the task" please help.

Hi OP, before I reply. There is a question, I would like to ask.
1)do you have student/work email that is linked up with Office 365 account?
If your answer is YES, then use that account.
If your answer is NO, then click here and check the post #8 in that thread.

The device itself syncs with your OneDrive. So you are good to go, that setup is for "Enterprise Customers" and Customers those who have work & personal accounts with MS Office.

Also, I have highlighted what you will get with MS Office Personal Subscription in a picture. You can also check your account too. So that solves the problem.
