unable to switch on my lumia 625, with an error message :-(

i got a nokia start screen, followed by two settings icons rotating with some loading bar below. Later i got a big " :-( " symbol on screen.
Again the phone is getting restarted, looping the same screens again

It means it needs an hard reset for reinstalling last downlaoded build.
The hard reset sequence is:
unplug phone,
keep holdin power up , then plug charger
wait till phone vibrates and a ! mark appears,
then press one key once: vol up, vol down, power, vol down

Gears should start spinning. Keep phone plugged.
A wifi connection will be requred for all core apps and data to sync after installation


If nothing worlks, only way is plugging your phone to a notebook and using WDRT
