unable to update win10 on 1520

I would like to update my 1520 win10 I do have preview for developers & win insider but still no update, also I have noticed that windows preview for developers is gone from the store

Hi, the preview for developers was for WP8.1.
Have you tried the Upgrade Advisor app? This will enable the official Windows 10 mobile build.
I'm assuming you are currently running WP8.1?

What is your current OS build?
Is it a carrier locked phone (AT&T, etc.)?
WHERE (how far) do you wan to go? Anniversary Update will drop in about a week, BUT, you need to be on WM10 first ...
