Having a Lumia 640 xl,got new update. But unable to download the update. Keep getting error message 801882d2.Please help guys

per the MS tech sight "There was an error while trying to download, reset your phone and try again"....

My guess is its either a bad internet connection or your phone is going to sleep during the download. Try changing your phone settings to NEVER sleep or sleep after 5 or 10 minutes (enough time to complete the download).

Try this first. If it doesn't work, try and find a better wifi signal somewhere else.
