Unable to update

When I tried to download additional language keyboards on build 10149(L920) I stuck with the message saying unable to update your phone. Now. I want to update to the newer build 10166. Anything i could do to fix this problem?

Try to uninstall Insider app, reinstall, re-sign, re-subscribe to fast ring and try again

BTW: next time try to be more precise in threat title, at first sight I though you aren't able to update to latest build
