I am just waiting for the weather to get warm enough for me to start my ride season. Might be the middle of next month. I really really hate being cold lol so I stop riding when the weather turns cold.
Not sure I sympathize -- if I can take a run in 10-degree weather with my dog, I'm sure you can figure something out. Actually I skipped my run on Tuesday, and tomorrow looks even colder (2F with the wind chill) so maybe I should hold off on lecturing you!

I do have a medical condition that does stop me sometimes though. If I can keep warm, I have no issues, its getting the motivation to get warm enough to not have a flare of symptoms. I can say in some aspect that while others with MS may have a heat intolerance, I have the opposite lol. Stinks, sometimes but then I can go ride in 90* weather with no problems at all. I have had no excuse though as its been 70* most of this week, just laziness on my part.

Ah -- I knew eventually I would put my foot in my mouth! Well, please update us when you finally get off your lazy **** and get biking again. I think you'll be pleased with the data unBand provides, though I do wonder if the sampling frequency is somehow a bit less than what the phone app sees. If I eventually get off of my ****, I'd like to start a thread where I systematically highlight how it works (esp. in my case, moving data from unBand to Runkeeper).

lol no worries. I am pretty open about my MS. Hopefully this weekend I might be able to get out for a quick spin at least around the block. Its supposed to be nice. All depends on what my wife has me doing.

I'm trying to get unBand to work but it seems the developers haven't been working on it for a while. Do you have a version of unBand and Microsoft Band Sync that currently works?

I'd really appreciate it! Thanks.
