Universal app problems... have to pay twice?

I purchased an universal app on my windows 8 computer and then later went to download it on my phone. When I find it on my phone my only option is to buy it. Will I be charged again if I download it for my phone? My phone account is the same as the account I used in the Microsoft store to purchase the app originally. Thanks

You shouldn't be charged twice.
Try hitting buy (but not the actual buy button after that) and see if it comes to its senses.

Thanks, I thought when I hit "Buy" it would charge me again. After I entered my wallet pin, the message was that I had already purchased it and could install it.
