Universal apps

I bought Skulls of the Shogun a year ago on my phone.. Will I be able to download it on my Surface RT now that universal apps are here or what..?

I found out myself. The answer is yes. It tells you, "You own this app and can install it on this PC"

In general, all windows apps remember the purchase history.
Even if it shows 'BUY', it will install the app - if you click on it. .
