If I had experience fixing phones, then I would be more open to it. However I don't and I need a working phone. ScrubbyXD and others make it look so simple.

Hopefully I can have a phone purchased for me before the beginning of the 2nd game on Sunday!

Check this one from gordonfink. http://forums.windowscentral.com/ma...520-830-all-unlocked-any-gsm.html#post3383893

Has a slight crack that disappears when screen lit. Possibly a matte sheet (anti-glare type) screen protector would make that virtually disappear all together. The price is nice.

I'm like you, I believe in that internal storage. IMHO 16GB is probably fine. I keep all my Apps and Maps on the phone for performance. I have the entire USA (4.26GB) on my 1520.3, 3.92GB system, 4.27GB Apps... I'm only using 12GB total. Throw your consumable media and photos/videos shot to SD and you'd probably never run out of space...

I finally bit the bullet and bought a RM-938 today. Now the dreadful wait for it to be delivered. I guess I can go pickup a nano SIM tomorrow. DW is hesitant on buying used again, but became very jealous of the 1520 after watching more comparison reviews of the beast! So I will let her test it out (a little ) when it arrives to see if she is willing to take the plunge. I just have to agree to buy her a purse case for it that she has picked out already in anticipation.

Her iPhone was a gift, but other than that we always bought identical phones. I'm just not an apple type of guy. They are good devices, but not for me.
