unlocking AT&T 520

has anyone any luck unlocking the AT&T Lumia 520 GoPhone?
I don't use gophone service I use postpaid so I'm not sure if they'll ever unlock it

from what I remember of their policy, it has to be activated for 60-days or so before they'll bestow an unlock upon thee, but I'm not sure if it is required to be GoPhone service.
