Unlocking Problem

Hello,
I am using Nokia Lumia 520 recently updated to windows 8.1. Since few hours I am having problems in unlocking my phone. When I press the power button to unlock my phone the screen turns black and 'resuming' comes for a while before the wallpaper appears and then the phone works almost fine.
So every time unlocking the phone takes time. I don't Have any app set as wallpaper, its just a photo.

Ya for some reason the Resuming thing is getting worse and worse, I'm not entirely sure if it's because they're too many things in 8.1 that changed it. Resulting in a slower time to go to lock screen.

I suppose one of the solutions would probably do a hard reset (Settings/About/Reset My Phone) of course you lose everything in it, so back those up first.

Try setting up the Kids Corner, that worked for me! Just add up a few apps and you will see the difference.
