Unresponsive 1520- help

[WPCentral Question]

My 1520 went dark and I can't get it to respond. There are no lights, and no vibrations when I tried the soft reset. I tried charging it for thirty minutes, but there is still no response. The screen does not even flicker, and I cannot get an icon to appear.

What should I do now?

While charging, hold the volume down and the power button in for about 15 seconds or until you feel a vibrate.

Thank you. I had done that previously with no response, but tried again when you suggested it. This time it worked, and I managed to turn it back on. Thank you, again.
