Up date on Microsoft Band sync setup

Just pluged in my Band 2 and received this new update Don't know if it is new or I am just receiving a previous up date.

How do you a) set up the option to get up & move, and b) how do you set the default music player?

Inactivity reminder can be found in the settings menu on the band; under an the snail icon.
Not sure about setting default music player. I would think it depends on what is the default on your phone. My experience with iOS is that I have to launch a specific player first on my phone.

Yes, it is just AVRCP, so it controls whatever active music app you are using.
