Update 10.0.10149.0 - Cortana quiet mode blocks system

With the latest update Cortana activated quiet mode and I can't access cortana because there is no mobile data/wlan due to quiet mode. It is impossible to deactivate quiet mode, because I can't get log in to cortana - no data.
You know how this continues. Has anyone an idea? The next update won't work without mobile data and wlan.
