I received Windows 10 Mobile 14322 update, I downloaded it and when it restarted and began updating, after a couple of seconds on my screen this appeared " :-( " . now I just can't use my phone, do you know what can I do?

Hard reset key sequence or plug your phone to a pc and revert it using Windows Device Recovery Tool

In my case I'm not lucky in both routines.
The software dont recognize my cell phone.
Is there other solution for this problem?
