I wouldn't really do it unless you're willing to take on the risks along with the early access goodies.

There's no Insider build just yet for the 930 and its sibling, the Icon.

It might be Update 2 that you're being offered, and whether you install it is your call I suppose.

Beyond here is less-stable ground, but eh.

I think he means the app, which yes, there was an update for that today, but no idea why. No preview builds came out today though, but the Lumia 930 (and Lumia ICON) are both on the next update track.
