Update issue

I have htc 8s with 4gb internal, my phone download update 3-4 times a day and restart after that a message is displayed "update not installed" .
I cleared my internal memory and its 1.2gb free.
Can anybody tell me how to stop this process or update my phone.

I reset my Mobil phone many time from setting as well as from other reset method, but still same issue.
