Update lumia contact from my PC

is it possible to edit and add new contacts from my PC and then upload them to the phone via usb. Don't want to set up cloud accounts of any sort. Thanks

It should all work automatically, as long as you have the same login on your phone and PC and you are using the "People" app.

What OS do you have on the PC and what phone is it?
