Update Media info automatically?

Does the feature of Groove which says 'Update Media info automatically' work yet?

I've kept it turned on since the beginning, but my playlist has nothing but bare, black screens with pale grey circles (know what I mean?)

PS: I'm from India. Is this too a 'When in India' feature?

it might depend on where you got the music from
Try switching it off, restart and then on
