On my update yesterday it showed the gears for what seemed like a long time and then all of the sudden it went from 0 to almost done then the first migrating data took a while and then it blew through the rest. I was plugged in to the wall charger for the entire process as the last update went through quite a bit of battery to get done. L 920 on ATT.
