My phone can't update because there is previous update is available..but it can't download so how can remove this bugs update and update to windows10

I can't understand why im not downloading update..im using hard reset but problem still continues..she says first downloading currently available update.but when I started update it goes fail everytime

Make sure you're connected to WiFi.

If the problem persists, i'd recommend hooking your phone up to a PC and using the Windows Device Recovery Tool
