So i tried updating my phone about one months ago didnt work i tried today didnt find any updates why my phone doesnt find any updates? Its getting really annoying or is there another way to update it?

Yes to 8.1 and i have that program but its still doesnt work

do you have this app installed ? Preview for Developers | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (India)
if you so open it and sign-in with your Microsoft account if prompted and agree with EULU :smile: and you will get the update

I think microsoft had temporarily stopped the dev preview as they are fixing issues regarding update on various devices so although you have enrolled for the preview you wont get the you update notification unless microsoft fixes that.
