Update Stalled at 45%

[Windows Central Question]

Cumulative Update For Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3189866) Stalled at 45% for several hours. I tried just about every reset that I could find with no luck....Please Help....Thanks.

Have the same problem on my desktop. On my surface it's stuck on 95%.
