Update stuck at 0%?

Trying to update my phone to latest Insider preview. Under Phone Update in settings, I see:

"Updates are available.

- Windows 10 Technical Preview for phones (10.0.10514.0)..
- Windows 10 Technical Preview for phones (10.0.10536.1000)..

Downloading Updates 0%"

Do I need to recover my phone and try again?

I would suggest rolling back to 8.1 and then perform the upgrade followed by a hard reset before using WM10. The upgrade from 10512 >> 10514 >> 10536.1000 >> 10536.1004 does not work as well as 8.1 >> 10536.1004 (as experienced on a Lumia 920 w/ Denim and Lumia 1520 w/ Denim)

Mine stays on 0% as swell for days now, I cant even download or update any apps. WTF MS!?
