Update

Till when Microsoft will continued update phones with 512 mb Ram? I think to buy Lumia 625 but i worry about the updates.

I don't think you'd be in danger, only some apps will not support the 512mb phones. Microsoft should support them until the next big upgrade comes, such as Windows Phone 9. I would suggest getting a 1GB device anyway, since it just runs so much better.

IMO, 1 Gigs of RAM will make a difference for sure. I agree with Fernando Lins as well

There is one of the "small" devices with 1GB, I can't remember if it's the 525 or whatever, it's one of those ending in 5 Too many numbers to keep track. I have a 920 and I don't think I'd ever go back to a 512mb device. Also, I got used to the screen size. It's a shame they're so heavy.
