Oh god no. 14393.189 is the latest update. If you are not getting an update notification it would probably be because your phone is officially not eligible to download windows 10.

Lumia 925 is not officially eligible for Windows 10 Mobile. As such, it has been removed from the Windows Insider rings.

the 925 is not able to get the 14xxx builds

The 10586.589 might be available - try leaving insider program from the app and then check for updates

Don't ever reset your phone to 8.1 using WDRT (Unless absolutely necessary). You won't even get the windows 10 version that you have now.
P.S. That is if you are happy with W10
