I am currently have dp running on my phone. I heard Microsoft fixed the updating error. So my question is will we receive ota updates as they come out or do we have to down grade and then update then download the dp again?

At this point, it is still necessary to downgrade to 8.0 using Nokia Software Recovery Tool, and then upgrade to Cyan.
