Upgrade Advisor Showing no Updates - Lumia 640 lte - metrocps

Hi,
I'm from Brazil and just bought an unlocked metrocps Lumia 640 LTE . I?m trying to upgrade it to Windows 10 mobile, but upgrade advisor says that by device can't be upgraded, cause there are no updates.

Any ideas?

maybe your carrier hasnt made it available yet. You could bypass this by using windows insiders, choosing the release preview ring and upgrading to the current build 14393.221 . Later you could opt out of insiders and you will get official public updates as they are released.
