Just to drop here, and say that my friend still hasn't found the time to try Upgrade Advisor with his phone, but I'm sure you don't actually need the information about that, since now we're all sure that Upgrade Advisor works again.

its few days ago and yes I was able to upgrade to win10m.
but anyway upgrade advisor is working now for everyone.
